Synaptico is totally modular and allows you to configure the system according to your needs.
Each module was designed on the field, together with thousands of agents around the world.
The Statistics module is a decision-support tool for the company and the individual agent, it allows for short- and long-term strategic planning because:
The 'Statistics' tab is divided into four different tabs: Orders, Articles, Customers, Sales Network.
With the Order tab it is possible to have both a global statistical overview (e.g. one year) and a specific statistical analysis for individual time periods (e.g. one month).
For both types of statistics, the user can see the total number of orders, the total number of processed and unprocessed orders, the number of orders and the minimum, average and maximum orders with their relative percentages of increase and decrease compared to the previous period.

The Articles tab allows you to view four statistical lists of articles:
You can reverse the order by using the arrow in the top right-hand corner, and you can also select an individual article to view its tab.

The Clients tab displays two statistical tables, divided by client:
Again, you can click on the arrows in the top right-hand corner to reverse the order and select individual client cards. Personal clients are also distinguished from those of their sub-agents by colour.

In the Sales Network tab, you can have statistical lists of your sales network, broken down by sub-agents:
Here, too, the logged-in user will be able to distinguish his direct sub-agents from those of his distribution network by means of colours. They will also be able to click on each sub-agent in the list to view their file.

While browsing Synaptico, the agent can click on any article and select statistics from the drop-down menu, from where he/she can see if:

Using the Historical Catalogue, it is possible to display an alternative catalogue to the main one, consisting only of products ordered by the customer in a given period, filtered by order fulfilment status.
Knowing the status of orders allows you to understand the status of goods in stock so you can avoid mistakes such as re-ordering incoming or existing goods.
The logged-in user can choose to view only his own historical catalogue or also that of his sales network.

The Historical Catalogue can be accessed from the main menu or from other Synaptico modules via the drop-down menu, e.g. directly from the Customer Card or Agent Card.

The agent can view the processed and unprocessed quantities in detail, also by package and the corresponding economic amount. The statistics can include only the logged-in agent's orders, only those of his sub-agents, or all of them. It is always possible to create a pdf or excel file of this information.

Remaining Articles is a function that can be accessed either from the main menu or from the other modules via the drop-down menu. For example, by clicking on a customer card with several national or international warehouses, it is also possible to view the remaining articles by destination.
