Can I use Synaptico on the iPhone?
No, Synaptico is not compatible with the iPhone. For the full benefit of the user experience Synaptico is designed for large screens such as the iPad, which is why it cannot be downloaded by accessing the App Store from an iPhone.
I tried the Demo of the application, but I would also like to edit the data in the cloud. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible to access a trial version of the administration interface. For further details, please contact us and we will provide you with demo access to the cloud services as well.
Can I test Synaptico with my real products and customers?

How do I enter data in Synaptico?
Synaptico provides you with a complete administration Web interface, specially designed to manage all your data, from products to customer master data, from orders to payments. Through secure access you can modify any information related to the sales process, also using efficient mass import/export mechanisms. Alternatively, Synaptico can be connected directly to ERP and third-party management software: data will be updated automatically, in real time, and each agent will immediately have access to the latest information.

How are product images organised?
Our team will guide you through the process of preparing product images, which can be uploaded to Synaptico via the administration panel or via remote transfer methods such as FTP. On request, our team can also take care of the entire image preparation process (e.g. extraction from pdf or paper catalogues).
What is Synaptico's delivery time?
Synaptico is delivered on average in 7 working days from the delivery of the necessary material by the customer (customer master data, articles, agents, etc.). In the case of connection to third-party management software, customisation or exclusive application, the delivery time may be longer.
