Synaptico turns your catalogue into an interactive tool, rich in multimedia content. Thanks to the Multimedia Module, you can attach additional images to the article card, audio files, videos and documents, for an even more exciting user experience.

Forget the static and unattractive photos of the traditional catalogue. In Synaptico the presentation of the articles is supported by a gallery of high-quality images, available in a comfortable full screen interactive slider, with rotation and zoom functions to enhance every detail.

And if images aren’t enough, you can count on multimedia content like HD audio and video files to show every perspective, in any scenario your mind can imagine so that the customer falls in love with your product.

For technical information, manuals or any other type of document, the Multimedia tab contains a special section that allows you to associate PDF files with each article. Agents can view documents directly within Synaptico, print them out and share them via email or other apps.

The Multimedia module also allows you to configure a quick button in the catalogue for each article, through which the agent can view an image on full screen, a video, a document or open an external link, in one touch, without entering the article card, for an ever faster and immersive interaction.
