The Synaptico Maps Module is an advanced tool designed to facilitate the work of trade agents, offering a personalized and interactive view of customers and sales network on a map. Thanks to this module, agents can easily search for customers nearby, view their location and distance in real time, and get directions via Google Maps or Apple Maps, without the need to use other tools.

The map is fully interactive, enabling users to zoom, rotate, and locate their current position with a single tap. Three display modes: Standard, Hybrid, and Satellite; allow for a customizable viewing experience. Additionally, 3D mode offers a three-dimensional perspective, featuring buildings, roads, and points of interest. This Synaptico function helps to make visits to customers more efficient and convenient by guiding agents directly to the customer.
Each customer appears on the map as a small, colored icon, with color distinctions that helps users to quickly identify whether the customer belongs to their own portfolio or to that of a subordinate agent. When multiple customers are clustered in a single area and zooming out doesn't provide enough clarity, they are represented by grey icons. Increasing the zoom then breaks down the grouping, allowing individual customers to be clearly identified. This visual organization enhances customer management and simplifies visit planning.
User location data is used with maximum security and privacy.Synaptico offers the flexibility to allow location detection only on certain occasions or whenever the app is in use. Location data is accessed in three specific scenarios: to calculate distances to customers, to center the map on your current location, and to provide directions. In all cases, your location is used in real time, is never stored in the app, and it is never shared outside the device.
