Release Notes for Synaptico Version 6.0

Synaptico is a continuously developing project, subject to increasingly frequent updates in order to introduce new functions, improve existing ones, correct errors and maximise performance. We work daily to keep the platform aligned with the latest technologies, in step with the continuous evolution of devices, software and operating systems.

Version 6.0.2 introduces important new features such as multi-user management, shopping cart storage, customised graphics, new GUI, debug mode, customised customer catalogue and many other new features.


Managing Multi User

With Synaptico 6, it is finally possible to use Synaptico for several accounts from the same company and from different companies, switching from one account to another in just a few taps, without logging out and logging in. All accounts are now stored in Synaptico and it is no longer necessary to re-enter passwords or have an internet connection to change accounts.


Cart storage

It is now possible to synchronise Synaptico without losing the shopping cart. The current order will be aligned with the new data (e.g. new prices, availability, sales units, etc.) and any changes will be reported in the shopping cart.


Customised graphics

With the new Customised Graphics option, you can colour Synaptico with your company logo and colours! You can choose one of the many available templates and offer users a unique user experience. The company logo will also appear in the header of PDF and excel documents and can be updated at any time.


New Graphical Interface

Synaptico 6 introduces a new graphical interface, with a new 'shortcuts' area in the main menu for quicker access to commonly used functions. The login and synchronisation screens have also been redesigned, which now allows all information to be clearly displayed during the data update process.


Debug Mode

The new Debug mode enables a data analysis procedure, useful for detecting errors and malfunctions. Data are collected anonymously, do not contain sensitive information and are only transmitted at the user's request with the Backup function. You can choose from 5 different levels of analysis.


Customer Catagogue

Possibility of associating a set of articles with each customer, forming a customised customer catalogue, navigable according to a choice of level structure.
